THE FOUNDER
Born and raised in the Upstate of South Carolina,
I found love in crafting ever since I was a little girl.
My mom's eldest sister Renee laid the foundation for me to explore my creativity. She crafted and we would often visit her home where she had a huge craft room. I remember it being very organized with acrylic paints, glitters, yarn, and anything you need to create. My fondest memory was of her teaching my brother and I how to add a photo with different fabrics onto the back of a glass plate. It displayed so beautifully.
HER STORY
I really enjoy the freedom crafting gives me. Having the ability to combine many elements and textures to create a unique gift for others ignites me. I graduated from Coastal Carolina University with a B.A in Graphic Design in the Spring of 2014. During my study, I enjoyed the hands-on classes we were required to take.
From life drawing to clay I knew I was in the right field.
Soon after graduating and working for high end brands such as Verizon, Denny's, as well as creating candles displayed in Dollar General and Family Dollar it was time for me to move on. Then Crafts by Camille was born. I enjoy making unique and handmade gifts for families and friends. Being part of any special occasions is what makes me the happiest. Each item I create is a 1 of 1 piece crafted with love and I'm so blessed so many people enjoy my crafts as well.
